Wherever a piece offers a choice of typeface, all 26 are there: first script or print, then the face. Fixed designs such as the zikir cards come with their own typeface.
From a name to a piece
Choose a piece
Everything at DUVAM is personalised, from the ring ribbon to the guest book. Each piece shows what can be designed on it.
Design
Enter names, date and greeting, choose typeface and colour, and on some pieces the position too. Every change appears on the product photograph at once, enlarged up to three times if wanted.
Check
What the preview shows is what gets personalised. If there are questions, the chat helps, before ordering too.
Personalised and delivered
After the order we usually personalise the piece within 2 to 5 working days and apply the personalisation permanently. Standard shipping within Germany is free; express is available.
A name, for good
The childhood picture
For the place cards, two childhood photographs (one of each of you) become one picture of the two of you as children, in colour or black and white. The picture is made by an artificial intelligence. It can be seen before ordering, and only then is the decision made whether to use it.
Every picture made this way is marked “AI-generated” beside it in the preview. On the product we attach the note “AI modifiziert” so that it can be removed; the printed picture itself carries no mark.
Good to know
- Drafts
- A draft that has been started is kept on this device for seven days, and for 30 days with a customer account.
- Lettering colours
- Gold, silver, white, black and more, depending on the piece.
- Withdrawal
- Because every piece is personalised specially, it is excluded from the right of withdrawal. If something is faulty, we put it right. See Statutory warranty.
- Help
- In the chat, Lale, our AI assistant, answers first; a member of the team takes over on request. Monday to Friday from 10 am to 6 pm also by phone.
