Here you can withdraw from a contract with us or from individual items in it. Items without personalisation can be withdrawn from within 14 days of receipt; you do not need to give a reason.
Personalised pieces cannot be withdrawn from because names, texts and motifs are applied permanently to your specifications. If something is faulty, the legal guarantee applies. All details are in the withdrawal instructions (in German).
