How long does delivery take?
After ordering, Custom Text Stickers is personalised in 2 working days and then shipped with DHL. Delivery takes 1 to 2 working days, so 3 to 4 working days in total. With DHL Express, the parcel arrives on the working day after dispatch.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping with DHL is free within Germany, and DHL Express costs €14.90. DUVAM delivers only within Germany, including to Packstation lockers and post offices.
How does personalisation work?
“Personalise” opens the preview: text, font and colours appear directly on the photo of Custom Text Stickers. This shows how the piece will look before ordering. It can only be added to the basket once the personalisation is complete.
Is a return possible?
Personalised pieces are excluded from the right of withdrawal, because names and texts are applied permanently according to the customer's own details. If a piece is faulty or differs from what was ordered, the statutory warranty applies and DUVAM puts the fault right.
Which payment methods are available?
Payment is by credit or debit card, Klarna, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Amazon Pay, with no additional fees. As a small business, DUVAM does not charge VAT, and all prices are final prices.
